4173 The continuous representation rule tolls the statute of limitations on attorney malpractice while the attorney attempts to rectify the problem or mitigate damages caused by the alleged malpractice so long as the attempt began before the period of limitations ended, even if there was an interruption in the attorney's representation of the client in the matter.
