4174 REVIEW DENIED The opinion that an accident was caused by bleeder screws in the braking system of an automobile that were not properly tightened when the vehicle was serviced in the declaration of an expert who never saw the vehicle and made no reference to testimony by a mechanic who examined the vehicle and said the screws were properly tightened, or to the fact that the vehicle was driven 1300 miles after the servicing with no braking problem, failed to raise a triable issue of causation.
