4179 REVIEW DENIED In the absence of evidence that a motorist who deliberately ran plaintiff's car off the road during a road-rage incident was motivated by an intent to serve his employer's interests, or that his conduct was inherent in his employment or incidental to the employer's enterprise, it cannot be found as a matter of law that he was acting within the scope of employment.
