4183 The Unruh Act (Civil Code section 51) is separate from the Ralph Act (Civil Code section 51.7) and the Bane Act (Civil Code section 52.1), although all three are tied to the same remedial statute (Civil Code section 52); while a cause of action under the Unruh Act is not available in employment cases, no such rule prevents an employment action from being based on the Ralph Act or Bane Act.
