4218 The presence of a visible, partially-unpadded snow-making hydrant on a ski trail in a location that permitted skiers to avoid collision with it did not increase the inherent risks of skiing, so primary assumption of the risk prevented the imposition of liability on a ski resort for injuries resulting from a collision with it.
