4329 REVIEW GRANTED Secretly placing video surveillance equipment in a clerical office occupied by plaintiffs may result in liability for invasion of privacy by intrusion regardless of whether images of plaintiffs were actually captured or viewed, if the reasonable person would find it highly offensive; the fact that the office might have been observed through a hole at the bottom of the entry door or through a window the shades of which were not always drawn did not deprive plaintiffs of a reasonable expectation of privacy that was violated by the presence of the video equipment.
