4336 REVIEW DENIED The failure of employees of a health care facility to follow the care plan of a patient with Huntington's Chorea by failing to monitor his/her skin condition could amount to neglect as defined by the Elder Abuse Act (Welfare & Institutions Code section 15657) and could justify the conclusion that the employees acted with deliberate disregard of the high degree of probability that the patient would suffer injury, constituting recklessness, oppression, or malice.
