P0917 In a dispute over credit card agreements that chose Delaware law, it was found that Delaware's law permitting waiver of class arbitrations is in conflict with California's fundamental public policy in claims under the Consumer Legal Remedies Act and the Unfair Competition Law, so a waiver of class arbitrations was not enforced.
