P0921 Although, on its own motion, a trial court may reconsider its own interim decision denying summary judgment or summary adjudication, it may not do so in response to a party's motion for reconsideration, unless the party complies with statutory requirements that it show newly discovered facts, new circumstances, or a change in law.
