P0925 An order of summary judgment is not appealable, so the time to appeal from summary judgment begins running when judgment is entered; the fact that appellate courts sometimes save a faulty appeal by treating a purported appeal from an order of summary judgment as an appeal from the judgment itself does not start the time for requesting attorney fees incurred in the trial court from entry of the order rather than entry of the judgment.
