P0927 An attorney was found guilty of two counts of contempt committed by impugning the integrity of the appellate court in appellate documents that falsely accused all the justices in the division of conspiring to fix the case with a lawyer who had been dead for 3 years; although the court accepted the attorney's subsequent apology, it said the apology did not purge her of the contempts, imposing a $2,000 fine and directing the clerk to forward its judgment to The State Bar.
