P0958 If harm to trust beneficiaries resulted from derelictions by the trustee and the attorney who gave the trustee bad advice, they are joint tortfeasors regardless of whether they were sued as such, and a trial court's determination that the attorney's settlement with the beneficiaries was in good faith bars a subsequent action by the trustee against the attorney for indemnity.
