P0975 A bill-stuffer notice included with bills sent to holders of credit cards, notifying them that the cardholders' agreement was modified to require individual arbitration of all disputes and giving them the opportunity to opt out and keep their cards until they expired at which time they would not be renewed, was not unconscionable and was enforceable.
