P0983 REVIEW DENIED Provisions in an employment contract choosing New York law and New York as the forum for any disputes arising under it applied to tort claims for breach of duties created by the Fair Employment and Housing Act, and since New York law also prohibits age discrimination, permits recovery of attorney fees, compensatory, emotional distress, and punitive damages, and provides the right to trial by jury, California's public policy is not offended by it, so it should be enforced.
