P0996 An order renewing an existing judgment is not appealable, but an order denying a motion to vacate the judgment is appealable; while appeal of a judgment is pending, a trial court has jurisdiction to renew it and deny a motion to vacate it, but when it is reversed on appeal, the judgment ceases to exist and so does the renewed judgment.
