4431 REVIEW DENIED An Education Code section providing that any pupil required to take medication prescribed by a doctor may be assisted by the school nurse or other designated school personnel if the school district receives written authorizations from the doctor and the pupil's parent was not violated by a high school athletic coach who suggested a student take a protein supplement, so another coach who was terminated for reporting this was not terminated in violation of a public policy tethered to statutory provisions; for the same reason, the termination did not violate the Whistleblower section of the Labor Code, since the employee was not terminated for reporting a violation of law.
