4463 REVIEW DENIED In an action under the federal Civil Rights Act (i.e., a 1983 claim) by a corrections officer who was injured in a prison yard fight between rival gangs, allegations that the fight was deliberately instigated by defendant prison officials are not sufficient to make out a case, because the plaintiff was not deprived of his liberty or freedom to act.
