4515 In a representative action filed under the Unfair Competition Law before the adoption of Proposition 64 changed standing requirements, a demurrer was properly sustained on the basis of the new standing requirements; the matter was remanded to the trial court, however, for application of established rules governing leave to amend and relation back; a section of the False Advertising Law that requires products marked “Made in USA” to be made entirely from components made in the USA does not violate the constitutional right of free speech and is not void for vagueness.
