P1140 An arbitrator who was not compensated for acting as mediator in a prior unrelated proceeding in which an attorney in the arbitration presently before him represented one of the parties has no duty of disclosure under Ethics Standards for Neutral Arbitrators in Contractual Arbitration adopted by the Judicial Council; and since the fact that he once served without compensation as mediator in an unrelated matter in which one of the attorneys now before him represented a party is not sufficient to cause a reasonable person to a doubt his impartiality, he had no duty of disclosure under the Code of Civil Procedure.
