P1144 Stipulations continuing trial setting conferences and the trial date based on statements in them that the plaintiff and his counsel were so seriously ill for a period of 424 days that trial was impracticable, established those facts and would result in tolling of the five year period during which an action must be brought to trial if plaintiff can establish that he exercised reasonable diligence at all states of the proceeding.
