P1171 In a putative class action against an employer for unpaid wages on behalf of all present and past employees, an order directing defendant to send notices to all potential class members advising them about the class action and telling them that their contact information would be provided to plaintiff's attorney unless they opted out was not an undue invasion of their privacy, particularly since as percipient witnesses to the employment practices at issue their identities would be discoverable.
