P1174 A plaintiff who filed an action under the Unfair Competition Law before Proposition 64 changed standing requirements should be allowed an opportunity to amend the complaint to allege the requisite standing, but after unsuccessfully attempting to do so is not entitled to amend again to add a plaintiff who can allege standing.
