4670 REVIEW GRANTED Evidence that defendant's reckless marketing of a vehicle it knew to be dangerous placed the general public at risk may be considered in determining the reprehensibility of defendant's conduct in marketing the vehicle to plaintiff as one of the factors relating to defendant's liability to plaintiff for punitive damages.
