4674 REVIEW DENIED In assessing whether administrative claims procedures satisfy constitutional due process requirements, substantial deference should be given to the good faith judgment of the agency in applying procedures that fairly consider a party's claims; an administrative procedure that gave complainants the opportunity to state their claims and submit records, and required that a decision be reached within 30 days, with expedited review available in emergency situations, was found to satisfy due process; a public agency did not violate the Information Practices Act by refusing to furnish the adult child of a decedent with the decedent's medical records.
