4686 REVIEW GRANTED Although the fact that a plaintiff was fired by the same actor who hired and promoted her raises an inference that the termination was not motivated by discrimination, it is the fact finder's job to choose between conflicting inferences; the inference resulting from "same actor" evidence is not legally stronger than other inferences that reasonably may be drawn from the evidence.
