P1292 A stipulated judgment entered on a settlement agreement by which plaintiffs dismissed their damages claims and defendant promised to refrain from certain conduct, provided that if defendant resumed the conduct within seven years the trial court would retain jurisdiction to consider the standards defendant applied, was not appealable because it did not dispose of the entire matter.
