P1302 Following reversal of a judgment on appeal and remand for a new trial, discovery is reopened; in such a case, a party's failure to timely respond to a demand for the exchange of expert witness information prior to the first trial does not justify excluding expert testimony from the second trial if no demand for exchange of expert witness information was made prior to the second trial.
