P1329 After attaining the age of twenty-six years, a victim of childhood sexual abuse cannot sue a person or entity that allegedly facilitated the abuse by failing to protect plaintiff without showing that the facilitator knew, had reason to know, or was otherwise on notice, of the abuser's conduct and failed to act.
