Hazardous Recreational Activity / Recreational Trails Immunity

Government Code 831.7 provides public entities with immunity from liability for injuries sustained by persons engaging in hazardous recreational activities, which the statute defines. Government Code 831.4 provides public entities with immunity from liability for injuries sustained by persons using recreational trails.
