ADVANCE TAPES CONTINUES ON

Following the untimely death of Steven Finz, Faith Pincus and Pincus Legal Education has taken over Steven Finz’s Advance Tapes and will continue to run the Advance-Tapes series with the help of well respected professors, including Professor Patricia Cain, a long time friend of Steven Finz.

Professor Patricia Cain. Professor Cain is the Inez Mabie Distinguished Professor of Law at Santa Clara Law School and she is also the Aliber Family Chair in Law, Emeritus, University of Iowa.

Professor Cain is pleased to announce that in the next issue of Torts, she will be joined on the recording by John Diamond, Professor of Law at Hastings. Professor Diamond is the author of several torts books and has won numerous teaching awards.

Subscribers to the Procedure and Evidence Series should stay posted for updates about the upcoming production of the next recording in this series.
